Another year older

I am older, but not sure if I am wiser but here are some of the things that I have learned:

I have learned to love longer
I have learned to laugh harder
I have learned to love myself
take pictures
see the world through someone else's eyes
dream bigger than I could ever imagine
fall in and out of love
be friends with an ex
tell someone I dont hate them, but I dont like them
speak my mind
stand up for what I believe
love my friends
be happy by myself
how to be extremely frugal
I have learned that I love my horse more than I love most people
tell someone no
tell someone yes
fend for myself
ask for help
think that I am beautiful too
I have learned how to smile and really mean it

And in the span of a year I can look back and think I did okay this year. I realized that we all have set backs and hiccups and that its okay to fall a little, just as long as I get back up, dust myself off, and try again. I have learned that kind acts do repay themselves, even if it is in small ways. But the biggest thing I have learned, it that even when I fall, I still have friends and family standing beside me, loving me for who I am.


....I guess I am one lucky girl after all
